100% immunity is next to impossible. However, if the citizens are law abiding people, it can reduce to low level. But for that the law makers should not become the law breakers.

Start corruption free india from your self - I observed that most people travel without rail ticket, jumps to the line in bus stop etc. this may small kind of corruption but it shows that we care about corruption of others but don't care about our own corruption

Every country has some correction atleast , including singapore.
but teh scale is very very less almost negligible.
teh most corrupted ofcourse are thrid world countries and many other countries like thailand , vietnam , philippines , india , pakistan , indonesia etc.
