I am a live and let live kind of a person. I will surely voice out my disagreement, but do not force people to agree with my opinions. Unless, they are my loved ones and are getting into something wrong.

Very liberal people cannot run a show. When there are are ten people, there could be ten opinions and the leader or the chief executive has to impose his opinion on others and act accordingly. It is a different matter whether or not, his decision or opinion was spot on. But he must ensure that his decision is perceived ar go down well with others. That is the difference between a despot and a democrat. As for me, yes, in some areas my opinion is final where there is no scope of opinion from others. But in other cases, sometimes I may strongly plead for acceptance of my opinion as final.
