In the past it has been well established that any economic activity or arrangement by USA
would be mainly for the earnings of USA . Any partnership with USA will be definitely
for the welfare of USA. We should not be illusioned by USA.

I never think so....having a partnership in all aspects of economic progress may give an impression to think in that line....but USA ignores to having any partnership in Nuclear progress, Modern Arms & ammunition, Electronic warfare, Satellite Communications, cryogenics, power generation,alternative of fossil fuel invention, Environmental treatment, Life Saving Medicines etc.......but in low profile fields like food processing, computer technology USA is having partnership with US... in which India is already ahead of USA...
