Have traveled a lot but cud never find a gud quality Tea in any of da railway platforms, to top it have heard of stories of using synthetic substitutes instead of milk...

Different raliway stations have different quality. Which railway stations are you talking about? Like I'd never recommend Itarsi tea, but certainly recommend Gwalior tea.
