I dont have dat much idea sir, but i know peole use to make short films and in first dey use to show in Mumbai International Film Festival where i have visited dere. dey use to take a opinion and u can visit dere and ask abt it. U can get details frm dere Sir.....I hope i helped u indirectly...........
