Q.
They say there is a ray of hope at the end of each tunnel - but how that light is lighted up - 1000 watt bulb or CFD bulb or a candle ?

If its day time then certainly at the end there would be sunlight .otherwise depends on the electrification and distribution of electricity in that area .
