Hi , Is it true that if some one not do good deeds will be born as lower caste shudra in the next re-birth ?

Dear This birth you do good karma & dhana. Good for next birth. Eg. Karna intitally shudra and then he became a king of kingdom maintain.
This all good human get good honour of athma to heaven.
