Yes. They give bribe to the voters in the form of money or some things for the votes.

Dont they bribe the votes with false promises to middle class citizens , pay raise just before elections to govt employees in form of recommendation of pay commission, then they distribute cash and gifts to poor voters,
rice at two rupees a kilo, is this not a bribe
