Dear Hitler jee, Good eveing (Vanakkam/ Namaskaram)

It is very difficult to issue a self certificate . Here every one knows that I am a serious learner of Indian classical music . We need to build our voice through practice (riyaz) . By grace of Goddess Saraswati and my Guru , I have been able to understand music and can sing with my own style . To sing classical based song one must have some knowledge in the based ragas other wise the singer will follow the sound as a parrot does . there are various filimi songs based on ragas .
for example :
Man Tadpat hari darsan ko aaj : based on raag Malkuan which is equivalent to raga Hindolam in Karanatik music .

Puchho na kaise maine rain bitaye : based on raag ahir bhairav , Chakravaakam in karanatik ,

what I mean to say is a singer who has some musical sense and good voice can hear and learn these undoubtedly but cant play with the notes which is called sargam ( permutation of notes )

I am thankful to GOD and my guru ...more

I am not that much trained and hence i do not have any vintage voice. nor i sing any classical songs also. My mother is a very good classical singer. She trained in Carnatic music and have given performance and.my father who was no more is exponent in Mridangum. she stopped performing after my fathers death, that is from 1971 onwards .and Even though i am born in music family, i could not sing properly and that is a great pity indeed, but i am a very good listen of all music. My favourites are M.S. , D.K.P., N.C. M.L.V etc. My mother use to sing all M.S. Songs, like old hits from Meera, even now we use to pesture her to sing Meera, the famous song " Gifidhara Gopala, pala " and " Brindavanathil Kannan Valarntha antha nalum vandidatho " etc. but on the whole i am a poor peformer and not at all good in singing.
