God created life and wealth in the World. Things do not change.
Man created money and greed. Money changes everything including law. Man has a force,i.e. majority.
Majority can do anything with the support of money.

No, laws are mainly fundamental and change needs elaborate process. But application of law can be influenced at different stages by money. This is one of the serious corruptions infected our society and nation. Huge black money is the feed.
