Q.

The sudden spurt in health clinics, such as VLCCs, Talwalkars, fitness One, etc points to more and more people splurging money on health and fitness, but the actual culprit is the sedentary lifestyles and poor diet, thanks to fast foods and junk foods sold in the market. Do you think urbanites should insist on proper areas being earmarked for exercising such as playgrounds and parks in urban areas? Does the Govt consider these essential enough for public health? Comment?

HI! You are absolutely right! If people simply understood the basic reason for weight gain & that the solution is ever so basic, no one would need to spend on weight loss. I think the govt needs to educate the people & promote public walking parks.
