If you are planning your honeymoon immediately after marriage outdoors doesnot matters. If you plan after a year indoors doesnot matter.

Bali, indonesia by any standard !! u have many activities to do,absolutely marvelous locations and cheap on the pocket !! u can be in ubud if u want to be left alone in mountains, culture shopping, or in kuta, lovina if u love the sea !! and bcoz u r a hindu,u will also get to see a different kind of hinduism being followed in a hindu island in the most populous muslim country of the world !! spent my honeymoon there and will go again when i get the time!! dont go through an agent, buy an outlook traveller or a lonely planet guide, get an IDP,do some research and explore the place yourself !! I am sure u and ur partner wont repent the effort, time, and money spent !! i have never been a regular tourist myself but this place changed me !! take my word, u will start loving travelling !!

Kerala is the best place for honeymoon in india as we can cover all themes such as
Beaches,Backwaters, wild life,Birds sanctuary,Hill station,Pilgrimage places and non poluted area as we have no industries.
Hotels are looking good and giving almost super services
