Distributing work to the people, is an art, am I right?

Yes .......No person will make a great business who wants to do it all himself or get all the credit. But while delegating , give up control even if it means the employees have to make some mistakes.
And most importantly , You can delegate authority, but you can never delegate responsibility for delegating a task to someone else. If you picked the right man, fine, but if you picked the wrong man, the responsibility is yours -- not his.

Very True, distributing work is definitely an art, if one knows how to take work from others, he will definitely distribute the work as per capacity of a particular person.

1. It is called Delegation whch can be done whn U know what they r supposed to do & whether they r capable of carrying out the jobs.
2. U hv to keep tab & get progress report periodically. Otherwise , u may hv to faxce failure !!
