It increases the oxygen sypply to the lungs, expands your lung alveoli air passing to each alveoli which make the lung Healthy. It cheers up the body and by adapting different types of laugh you can have a good exercise of your whole body. if you can laugh laoudly for an hour you donot have to do any other exercise

Sometimes laughter is best FOR medicines.....once I laughed at one pehelwaan's act and since then I am on pain killer medicines.
