How to manage police if they seize vehicle after accident?? and further if they do not cooperate after submitting them the original document of vehicle??

Ascertain as to in which court the accident case is sent for adjudication. Normally, the court will be the court of sub-divisional judicial magistrate or the court of judicial magistrate Ist class, if the area is a rural area. Then you can file an petition under section-457, Criminal Procedure Code. The Court will undoubtedly call for the report from the concerned police station, and direct for release of your seized vehicle subject to fulfilment of certaion conditions.

Handle them with care otherwise you will be handled and if you have the insurance, don't bother. The insurers will pay you the cost.
