Hi! If you eat well balanced meals throughout the day and get enough exercise, you can allow yourself indulgences and live to the fullest! That way there is no need to diet.

Diet is for dieticians - just like medicines are for doctors. No doctor or dietician will ever tell you a way to live whereby you may never need a diet or medicines. Instead, they would offer you short-term solutions which provide immediate relief but make you dependent on them.

Diet is for those only who want to live life to the fullest, since they should not go over limit.
