Versions of RATAN TATA is purely from his business-angles.
India can not forget 1962 and border-skirmishes of CHINA made during the last 50 years.
Chinese instigations to PAKISTAN against INDIA are another area of concern for India.
More so, both the countries are eying to become a SUPER-POWER in ASIA, economically & Militarily !
Hence, real friendship with CHINA & PAKISTAN can never be possible.
