Did you ever sent CD by post. iam afraid that the post man may stamp hard on the pcket, or corier will stuff it along with other mails, and it get cracked. ofcourse i purchased some cd packets, but just want to know your experiences.

Received local and international courier mails with audio / video software CDs. Sent the family photo containing CDs to relatives in India. Absolutely fine.
No problem so far in getting the CDs. Just need to be packed neatly with common sense and not some super-special packing as such. You can even use those envelopes with bubbles that give protection to CD like contents, if you wish to be extra careful.
Declare the contents to be 'Fragile' type if your post/courier service has such handling, and it should help.
