Diabetic Tiksha (7) was expelled from Vidya Jain Public School, Rohini, Sector-6, Delhi, as the School believed that the child was suffering from some deadly disease. How can an institution imparting education without having been verified of the verasity of the matter, expel an innocent child from the school?

But who can question teh authorities ? the decision is final and binding.... only solution is to knock the courts. but how many can afford to do that
and what will be the outcome ????? the court will direct to readmit. thats all.
such institutions must be severely punished so that it can serve as a case study to others
