Except for a few, all the other IPS officer are corrupt.
There is no honesty in that department, in fact, there is no word as honesty in their dictionary.

They do their best according to their ability and brain. Lot of improvement is needed like good salary, facillities and most important is disciplline. As they dont get good salary ( i am writing about ordinary police) they opt for bribe to run their family.

I think our Police personnal requires a lot of improvement in terms of their dealings with the public, the persons charged in a case and in resolving the cases without showing any favor or partiality to any one person, class, caste or religion. This is not general statement for all the personnal in the police force because I believe there are persons who have shown good qualities in their dealings. But the vast majority need improvement in such a manner that the general public have a sense of belief in them and whole system.
