It can't be good at all. Being an extra itself clarifies its for fun at the cost of someone else's love and belief. And this could never be justified. Now days in Hi-fi societies its not taken that seriously as they blindly follow anything for status and other personal benefits.

Society is not matured enough to digest such concept. The pros & cons would be devasting to fabrics of the society. Otherwise also it would lead to genetics problems on long run.
