Manmohan Singh is not the real Heaf of State. He is also not directed properly. People with guts like
P.V. NarasimhaRao alone can change the drawbacks of the Govt. Black money is like cancer and there is no symptom to tackle it since big shots are involved. The result is common man suffers.
