Despite innumerable difference of opinions, political parties M U S T have no rights to disrupt the PARLIAMENTARY PROCEEDINGS, for which they are paid ever seconds ,by the poor tax-payers !

Forget it all,,members of parliament etc should be paid only on the basis of the number of their hours of presence in the parliament plus for every creative or uncreative work done by them during a session. being a member shouldnt be any crateria for incentives.
