Serious - Positive logo ke saath interaction rakha jaayein, MUSIC sunn sakte hain, Satsang sunna hi mann ko sukoon deta hain, unn logo se baccha jaayein jo idhar udhar ki gossiping karte hain ya phir aapke ya aapki family ke baare mein negative bolte hain, apne time ko acchi jegah utilize kiya jaayein, agar interest ho toh social service bhi ki jaa sakti hain kisi NGO ke saath, acche logo ko apna friend banaiye..aur 24 ghante mein se ek ghanta kam se kam unke saath jaroor bitaye, woh 1 ghanta aapko poora din fresh rakh sakta hain
