Cyber law authorises for arrest of any citizen posting allegedly defamotory remarks against state or an individual. Before these two girls, a small businessman in Pondicherry was arrested for alleged defamatory remarks against the son of our honourable finance minister. Kapil Sibal is lying when he says that the govt is not trying to curb freedom of speech on net. And 5-6 months back when I had asked this very question on this forum; I got few responses stating it is not so. Ignorance is not bliss in law. And these days we give the name of democracy to dynasties.
