Delhi police have no prevention plan for future crimes related to women still, they fail in all law and order. What will be your suggestion to them

They should start people-police partnership with neighbourhood committees in every nook and corner of Delhi. Being a thickly populated city with maximum number of migrants from the states around Delhi, only police may not be able to prevent crimes.
Many advanced nations have this system. Once local people are involved, it becomes easy to identify likely elements who may involve in crimes.
I am sure this will solve the crimes problem to a great extent.

For all practical purposes, Delhi police is not independent. If they have to take action against culprits, they get pressure from local politicians to go soft. There is no single police official like Kiran Bedi who never bothered to listen to politicians.
