Exectly. You have a point. Even in Hindi they choose their local language. Dogs in village streets in night bark like this- Baahuuu, Bahuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

Not But I feel dogs understands local language as people used to give them instruction in that language only , otherwise barking sounds same
