There must be made it necessary that a murder case must be heard by atlieast bench of two sessions judges as the murder cases must be dealt with ,with higher level of scrutiny of legal and facual position of the case as the accused depends solely on the perception of a judge and if there are two judges discussing the case / matter then in that event it can not be charged that the particular ADJ does not know even the ABCD of criminal law.
