Delhi gangrape accused started saying reasons to delay the trial,like lie detector test,they were not in the bus itself etc.,are we in a country where accused have rights and victim none?

Police chouki ke saamne aur bilkul paas hi ek mahila ke gardan se ek sone ka haar loot lete hain sarphire chor....police dekh rahe hain....lekin kuchh nahi karte ...media ke puchhne par bataate hain ki koi complain karne ko nahi aaya toh hum byekaar mein kyun apna waqt barbaad karein....yah hai India.....
