Delhi gang rape: All 5 accused charged with murder: A special fast-track court today framed charges against five men accused of brutally gang-raping and murdering a medical student in Delhi last month. Their trial will begin on Tuesday.
The accused, Ram Singh, his brother Mukesh, Vinay, Pawan and Akshay have been booked under 13 sections of the Indian Penal Code including murder, gang-rape, sodomy, kidnapping, destruction of evidence and dacoity.

But it is said that a boy of just a few months for being 18 will escape. The law should view in this case his ability to perform sexual crime; which a boy 15 is also capable of. For other purpose like voting and entering into an agreement age of 18 may continue to attain majority.
