Tender coconut water is good. Water with little lime juice and a pinch of salt and sugar is also good.
Medicated powders like Medilite and so on help in quick recovery from dehydration.

Drink water with a pinch of salt. Adding a little bit of salt helps replenish the body of the salt it lost during dehydration. Try drinking 8 to 10 glasses with a pinch of salt in each to help reach hydration. Consume buttermilk. The reason buttermilk is an effective treatment is because it helps your body retain water. The key to hydrating yourself is allowing your body to retain the water necessary to replenish what was lost.
