"Dear Sir, Since last month onwards, i am getting problem in my mail, I cannot send mail to my friends / colleague, if i will send the mail, this type of message coming from your site "Sorry! You don't have the permission to send mail right now. Please contact our customer support for help". What is the problem in my mail IDs (arvind_sekar79@rediffmail.com & jayarvind_2009@rediffmail.com) Please Check, answer & rectify it, As soon as possible."

Dear Freind,
I think the customer support site is fake site. it is just for show off, as they have never replied back!!
Also, how do they reply back and where???
