My father was a pension holder of EPS 95 ( P.P.O No-OR/RKL/16404)and my father died on 23.08.2011 . How will my mother received widow pension from Sub
Regional Office ,EPFO, Rourekela,Odisha.

Go to the bank where his amounts used to be credited and meet the manager and seek guidance. Take your mother and the relevant papers with you.

Apply at this adress with a certified copy of death certificate thru the bank where your father used to received the pension
