Why richly formated Emails sent from a Google account gets rejected and returned by other service providers for reason - format unrecognizable?

The character set used by google are not the universally accepted codes that's why the severs at the other end do not recognize those character-set
Actually first 128 characters are universally accepted(which we may call as text file formats) but from 129-256 characters are special codes used and adopted by and for specific usage
