Hellow, everybody i m manish from up please advise me whether a BCA/ BBA degree from university/ recognised by UPTU is equivalent to graduation like ba, bsc, bcom etc. Can a BCA/BBA degree holder appear in administrative services like PCS, IAS or any other service which requires min qualification as graduation?

YES BBA & BCA are treated same as graduation but only from recognise university after that you can go for IPS , IAS, IFS, CPO OR ANY OTHER
