JSW Steel to buy 45 % stake in Ispat Industries for Rs 2157 crores---news. Will it mean anything to the Ispat shareholders who were a neglected lot all these years? Your views?

In my view it will help JSW Steel as the have bought assets at a better rate.Ispat share holders were neglected because of the management who were never transperent in their transactions.The take over may help the Ispat share holders in the long run but certainly not in the short term.

It is beneficial to shareholders of jindal Ispat steel only. company may take turnaround withing 12 months as stated by shri sajjan jindal
