I am 33 years old. My weight is 72 kgs and height is 5 feets. I want to loose atleast 20 kgs of my weight. Please suggest me a diet plan and type of exercise.

Go for morning walk i.e. from 6 to 7 a.m. That is the time in which ozone is available in the air. Before going for walk, drink water as much as possible in empty stomach. Yoga is very very helpful to reduce your weight. Do not eat more. Avoid more sugar, salt, oil in your food. Avoid Non-veg food except fish & chicken. Avoid curd, ghee, cheese, coconut, cashewnut, sweets, pizza etc. Eat more fruits & vegetables. Almond, pista, acroot are all good for health. Buttermilk is good for health. Add greens in your daily food. Horsegram soup is very very good for reducing your weight but take three times in a week.

U have to do the followings........................
1.Take a brisk Walk daily for 30 mins. in the morn.or do cycling,Yoga,playing badminton or any other Outdoor game which will be sweating the x-tra cals.
2.Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily as it REDUCES FAT.
3.Eat food items with MINIMUM OIL n DO NOT EAT BUTTER,GHEE ,EGGS,
MUTTON etc.till u reduce.
4 Eat more Green salads,Boiled Vegs,raw tomatos,carrots,on daily basis.
5.Do NOT eat FRIED FOOD ,FAST FOOD n FARSANS etc.
6 Have roti,subji,Dal,rice n Butter milk for lunch.Non veg,to be taken LESS.
7.Do not eat dry fruits,sweet n pastries n White sugar to be taken LESS.Use Honey or Gaggery as alternative.
8.Fruits like Pappaya,Jamun,applescan be eaten. ...more

Do jogging in morning for an hour.... !! Drink water before joggs...! that should reduce...!
