Dear Friends,
I am given to understand that SATYAM COMPUTERS is going to merge into TECH MAHENDRA and share holders of STAYAM COMPUTERS will get 1 share of TECH MAHENDRA against 2 shares of SATAYM COMPUTERS.
Is it true ? If so, then I must buy Satyam Computers. Kindly let me have your expert advice in the instance.

U will get 2 shares of Tech Mahindra against 17 shares of satyam the ration you have given is incorrect
