As we all might be familiar with the ease and convinence of online shopping in india. Being an amature in online shopping, i wanted to know the consequences of a fraudental transactions that may happen from mis-leading online merchants, because it a mear factor of setting up a website, and no one is practically monitoring them.

So i request to know more about what to do, when some thing gone wrong with an online purchase i.e money deducted from bank account but product not delivered? , whom to complain and what to expect, also please share any such first hand experience, Th
