Dear Dharmarajan - txs for yr reply. Since the old tenant is out of India not possible for password is there any way out.

Go to the website and create your own ID and password. Give the particulars required from the EB Card. You will get a confirmation from them. Only from next month you can pay online. This month, please go the EB office and pay by cash or cheque.
