I am not sure from where you got this preposterous idea of blaming Ataljee with the downfall of the Kuber Group. Apparantly you do believe more in rumour-mongering than news. I reproduce below a report that appearedin the Indian Express which sketches the reasons for the downfall of the company. There was also a rumour that it was a front company of the discredited Mumbai cop Daya Nayak. Here is the news
