Dalals (middle men) make commonman's life miserable.Do you agree that banning middle men at govt.offices connected with day to activities of general public, like Public Vehicle departments and appointing facilitators (govt. employ) instead would help general people as well as prevents corruption?

Some may be given license by the government department itself as guides are given to help the common man to get the desirable job on a small fee. One can have the cake and eat it too. Government gets some revenue through issue of such licenses.
