Although some people say certain number of glasses per day, much depends on what you eat and drink. If you eat watermelons, cucumbers and other similar fruits which have lot of water in them and drink juices, less water should be taken.
Whenever we need water, we feel thirsty. I feel that we should drink water every time we feel thirsty.
