Q.
D country is likely to have a tougher anti-rape law by mid Feb. It suppose to say tougher punishment will be imprisonment upto 30 years and chemical castration in case of repeated offenders...d proposal is yet to be finalised...But do you think it will be all sufficient and nail the offender in r*pe cases if proved....???

..the current laws are sufficient if that are implemented without partiality, efficiently and in timely and fair manner.

Nothing can give any girl who was r**** her dignity and previous life back but at least people will think twice before doing it.
Laws are very good now and it favours girls too but that doesn't stop it from happening. We need to reform the mentality of our society which thinks women are items and they can use her.
