i don't think this research finding is absolute and correct........; no one can assume for sure that something or some person is ''good'' or ''bad'', ''handsome'' or ''ugly'', unless that thing or the person is compared with another thing or person........; so, it must be that the wife must be comparing her husband with sombody's ''physical appearance''...which is more attractive than her husband............

In Tamil we have aproverb " arasanai kanda kannukku purusanai kandal pidikathu" That is eyes taht have seen a prince wont like to see their husband How true where the old saying. as your recent study shows. Any way it is only comparitive Reality will srike them early .
