Hydration is the prime thing and then consult ur family physician for permanent remedy. Never treat urself with antibiotics.

You didnt mention your age and since how long this is truobling? Anyways i suggest you to take atleast 3-4 litres of water daily and 2-3 tender coconut water. And if the problem still persists i suggest you to consult a well qualified homoeopathic doctor and get the treatment done.
