(1)It looks like IT/ITES sector is on the hiring spree now, though they stagnated sometime back. So we can say that they are better off now even though the full impact of the European economic crisis is still to be felt.
(2)Automobile sector has certainly put the bad days behind thanks to the economic stimulus doled out by the government. The sales figures coming out for the month of April for major auto manufacturers clearly indicates this positive trend.
(3)Real Estate sector is not able to make any impact and still stagnating except in a few select pockets like Worli, Parel Mumbai, where Lodha Group wants to build worlds tallest residential complex. Realtors across the country have not reduced the prices and people are not very enthusiastic to buy at the prevailing high rates.
(4)Aviation sector is the one which is steadily picking up but not everything is okay. Some of the airlines are still very much grounded.
