Our courts are flooding with cheque bouncing cases.why govt do not make compulsory for certain specified transactions like payment of rent,payment fors goods received, dues for property transactions on receiving possession and such specified transactions consid..erd completed on payment by demand or pay order.Is it not possible for Govt. to pass such law?

Dishonour check should be liable to 50 times the penalty atleast along with 1 year prisonment

Passing any type of law will not fetch the level of comfort to the judiciary,in place of that this type of cases will be firstly handeled in fasttrack LOK ADALATS which wont waste regular time of courts

Government has already law on it but our judicial systems take a long time and a lot of money is spend therefore most people do not like to go to court.
