Considering the inflated real estate price of homes in cities in india, dont you think that chinese companies should be invited to india if they can provide affordable houses to common people here. what is wrong in that rather than these looters within india.

China goods come without out any guarantee. This has to be taken into consideration. If in the middle of night your roof falls on you who will be held accountable for that?

In fact realt estate prices in China are much higher than India. As such China is more expensive than India.
