There is only one game being played i.e. Fooling and exploiting people.
Different labels like caste, communalism, minority vote bank, regionalism, etc can be given to it

Caste issues are part of seculiarism,wherein one tries to get a better deal for his people,with the framework of rules.It is much different and better than those rabid fundamentalists,who want to take their people back to stone age.

Caste has nothing to do with secularism. you are mixing up two different issues relegion and caste.
